I have just purchased a brand new VWT5 Transporter Van SWB and now I would like to have it converted to a campervan, where to start,.... several numbers that I have contacted only convert their own vehicles.
I would just like a simple safe conversion that passes all regulations.
A single bed across the rear, a 3way Dometic 90 litre fridge some cupboards and bench space to hold a Smev glassed top stove and sink. My one luxury a diesel heater. Also where to have a pop-top roof fitted.
I will most grateful for any advice. I live on the mid north coast NSW but will travel up to 500kms in any direction for a reputable converter. many thanks, Bambi
