An aquaintance has had 3x 150 watt solar panels installed using 2 x 30 amp regulators into 4x 120amp/hr batteries . Is this best practice or all stuffed up??

Waiting for him to get back to me again. Seems he had the system put in by a workshop and he is unhappy with the system. He is away at the moment, so will wait til I get a bo peep at it and find out what he perceives to be "wrong"
