RE: Colouring in for Adults.

There was a similar thing around many years ago. It was called "painting by numbers."

They are still around Peter. Have seen them in the shops recently.

Absolutely exquisite Marj. I used to do leadlighting but the articles were so heavy and you got really dirty working with the lead and I wondered if it got into your system through your skin so stopped. Once I am relocated over to place I've bought in Sheffield I will definitely give this hobby a go. Doubt if I could do as magnificent a job of it as you though. Keep it up.

Thank you. I only put the good ones up, some are not worth the effort.

I've avoided these so far. Many years ago, when I bought the kids colouring books, I'd buy myself one too.

I know colouring can be addictive, so I am waiting until I finish my degree (another couple of years) before I go out and buy.

Hi Marj,    Just got around to doing some - not very good at it yet but hopefully will improve with practice.  .. Cheers,  ... Val

ADULT COLOURING IN. Another one completed. I feel this is something akin to the process applied by Tibetan Buddhist monks when they do their coloured sand mandalas (a meditative process). I measure my marginally high blood pressure at home and, as an experiment, I measured it before and after doing an hour of this and there was quite a significant lowering in the latter reading.
