Depends on where you want Mike. Heaps of water front sites and also up in the high rise area.
As for rain, mmmmm, let me see, a light sprinkle during the night was all we got. The wind picked up but went just as quick.
As we speak 11.40am it is reasonably calm, slightly grey sky and no rain. YET anyway. I just spoke to the weather gods and they say possible rain etc etc but time will tell.
Spose we were lucky (or unlucky) this time round.

Thanks Doug. Water front sound like a good plan this time. I have not yet tried them. We were reasonably close to the water on one occasion though... will wait and see...
We have had a heavy down pour here. I had to walk (run) to get the car from the carpark after Sue's oncology appointment and I got soaked through.
I reluctantly pulled out this morning to start my journey home. I'm sure Ethanol (Mike) & Just Cruising (Jim & the gorgeous Leonie) would welcome your company.
Fran ? I looked at your vehicle when i was at Greens last week, I noticed it had an Indicator attached to the steering column, on top of that column was A Steering Wheel, With these two components your vehicle is quite capable of doing a U - Turn to go back to Greens Lake, which i really think is a great idea ?? for two reasons, 1/ you left reluctantly anyway, ? and 2/ when I go back there with my van soon, JUST WHO THE HELL IS GOING TO MAKE ME SOME MORE YUMMY PIKLETS with Fresh Jam and Cream
Just kidding, travel safe and travel well, hope our paths cross again, ---------- [ no not Just for the piklets ]
Ha ha Dazren, I was worried for a moment that you'd noticed something wrong with my van - like when I took off a couple of weeks ago with the ext cord from the gennie still plugged in!!!! aaarrrggghh. Thank goodness the gennie had been secured to a pole otherwise it might have followed me down the road too. Greens Lake (& back) was a long way to drive just for your afternoon tea, beer and wine. But I'm glad you both were able to make it.
