Good news everything resolved. Australia Direct problem solved the fault I was having with the Kickass Solar panels.
In the end, the panels were not at fault, it was the setup to my power pack. In the end, the Kickass panels were everything I was hoping for and so too the support service I received from the Kickass family. And here is the crux of the matter, the product may be the best on the market, which I believe the Kickass panels are, but without aftersales support, youre no better off than if you bought cheaper solar panels.
Right from the get go, the panels were impressive, everything Kickass claimed they were: durable, quality and carefully design. What was unknown was the support service, if something goes wrong, how efficient and effect would Kickass be; could they match their product? Well Ive road tested product and aftersales service. You cant fault their passion for the product and their commitment to their customer. Kudos Kickass! Someone once said you may find a cheaper product, but you wont find a better one.
Hi also planning to buy a 150 watt panel from kickass . all good reviews .
Did you have any issues with delivery ? especially if no ones home on that day or unable to be home etc ... from speaking to kickass they were adamant that someone has to be home !! not always possible ! obviously
Can't help with your question, there is someone home most of the time, nevertheless, the panels are worth getting, so don't be put off by that inconveniance.
I bought a fridge from them
And of course we were not at home at the time of the delivery
They left a note in the mail box And I could pick it up the next day at the local Toll depot It was ( I Think it was )
so no need to stay it home if you have to go places
