When is the best time to travel to cape york?

Hi Slack,

The best time to travel around Cape York is from the last couple of weeks in April and all of May. Everything is green and the number of tourist is low the rivers will be down. Once June arrivals so do large number of tourist. I lived in Weipa for may years.

It is normally the best after the wet finishes, and the grader has been thru. Ring Bramwell park station, or Bamaga Police, and they will tell you
