I have been living in a caravan for the past 2 years and one of the things a small space is unforgiving of is things that stink. In my case I am very anti deodorants and sprays and underarm mustard gas. I am one of those folk that just gag over any of those products designed to hide "bad" smells. On a more philosophical level - what is wrong with people smelling like people? I once covered the Olympics as a photo journalist and saw some of the stinkiest fittest and most amazing people on the planet. I once saw a female athlete do 200 sit ups then yawn. Suffice it to say I like the smell of fit human beings.
Living in a caravan, even a tray that once held chicken pieces after a day in the trash, will stink the van out completely.
I found a great product - it is not expensive - it is not hard to find.
It is called waxworks "mozzie sticks" and you might imagine a citronella nightmare but it isnt. The citronella is minimally detectable and the sandalwood is good honest product. I speak as one who when out bush would take time to find native sandlewood to get smouldering over the whole proceedings.
Awesome product - not over priced - does the job - It is important to understand one's lifestyle particularly if it involves cutting a bit feral. What works and what doesn't.
Kindest of Regards to all GeeNsss.

Muzzlehatch, I imagine the mozzie sticks to be some sort of incense or similar to mosquito coils - If that is the case how do you use it in caravan? I would have thought the smoke and CO2 Alarm be activated.
Also where is it obtained?

Paul - youid need to bring the whole sandlewood factory and local forests home to help combat the sort of "odour" youre putting up with. Bet youre glad when you hand him back to his parents lol - the benefit of being grandparents, unless you are permanent carers
