As this is my first new topic, after my introduction post, I would like to make a disclaimer that I am just a retired baby boomer, and that I am not associated with any industries what so ever.

I would like to put in a good report for the eBay seller known as lowenergydevelopments
I had purchased a 300 watt mono 12 volt solar panel. It turned up earlier today in a damaged condition. I did not accept it, and it returned with the courier. I sent an email to this eBay seller, explaining the situation, and asking what should I do next. So far (by knocking on wood three times, ouch, ouch, and ouch again, then hoping for the best), I had never had to return an item to eBay.
This afternoon I received a phone call from a man named Luke, representing the EBay seller, and he informed me that they would get in touch with the courier, for some photographs, and that as soon as the photos came through, he would have the sales people send me another panel.
I take this opportunity to also put in a plug for my wife, Bev. Who is obviously smarter than me. While I was on the phone she said to tell them to put the new one in a wood and not a cardboard box.
