What methods did you use to attach your 100mm PVC tube/ Tubes to your van. Im thinking hard about one for our sullage hoses. did a search but no detail.
I carry our sullage hoses rolled up inside the rims of our spare tyres which are mounted ont the back and they are held in by plastic hub caps. The spares are mounted on the bumper/towbar. The pic below is not great but might give some an idea.

We jjust used the clamps from bunnings that attach these pipes under your house, basically a strap - they have a few variations so first decide where the pipe will go then buy clamps to suit. Bunnings have all their stuff online so you can check it out there.

You can buy stainless steel 'cable ties' from hardware stores. On our Retreat I just used very heavy duty plastic cable ties, never a problem with them.

Hi Guys ,, Great idea re hose in back of wheel,,,,Your comment about holding it in with trim has me confused... Can you clarify how you achieve this , considering there is a wheel support to contend with... OR do u use the front of the rim ..
I got the 100mm pvc tubing from a caravan accessories store which came with brackets for mounting and lockable end caps, mounted it on the rear bumper, had to drill 4 holes, used it to store annex poles. As for the sullage hoses pushed them up the chassis rails, 5mtr lengths one on each side, got a 10mtr length of 19mm corrugated hose from the bunnys.

We purchased rather larger pipes, as we had to store annex poles. Two of these were placed under the van attached to the floor. Used special brackets and ends from a plumbing supply place.
They also hold the annex brackets etc, so there is quite a bit of steel and weight involved.
I use a thick wall 100mm across the rear bumper to hold annex poles. Smooth walled sullage pipes live in small conduits poked through the chassis cross member slots.
The 100mm tube is bolted to the bumper using the standard pipe clamps from any hardware/plumbing store.
The attached photo shows the pin & lock that I use to secure the end cap.
After looking / Testing the chassis rail idea My Jayco has presses rails. I looked from the rear. I have the rear bumper bar fitted with the spare tyre. that is attached into the main channel rails.
The bumper bar is 100mm x 50mm x 2300mm with end caps. I cut my sullage hose up and for $3.60 I got another hose joiner.
Now you see them, now you don't. Bonus is with both end caps removed I can hose out from time to time. Yet another issue solved. Thanks everyone for your Ideas.
