I've just installed a new old stock Kenwood kdc-u456 radio in the back of our Winnebago for wife to use to help her sleep. I have downloaded the manual, as I need to set it up. Now all has gone well with the tuning etc but the clock insists that it is only 24 hour and she would rather it to be 12 hour. It does not say in the book about how to change from one to the other. (Experts ) have told me that they are definitely 12/24 hr. Any ideas will be very welcome.

Hi.

I have a Kenwood HF radio but different thing.

A lot of those older models have a little slide sw on side/back, or bottom.
Otherwise it'll be in setup section of handbook.
