I have never had a problem accessing property to launch my yak of fish a stretch of rive after contacting the owner but if you have had a problem and couldn't square it away then this may help in the future
Wombat, do you know if this also applies in Queensland?. Reason I ask is that some of the property owners I know would put the dogs onto you figuring you were trespassing. The price of cattle has resulted in some twitchy property owners.
Macka - the "rights" you talk about are from NSW which has a Conservative govt - they'd take us back to serfdom if they could and you'd be shot for poaching!
