It's all in a name

Back in the early seventies when I was a young guy, speed boats were my passion and one of the boats had an interesting name and I was thinking it might be an interesting user name.

but common sense prevailed!

so I did not use the name  Pork-Hunt .disbelief (But I was tempted biggrin )

Ahhhhhhhhh probably a good thing.......

I to had a speed boat passion after my dad introduced us to water skiing......his boat was named Genevieve......

Many years later one of my brothers and I decided to purchase our own boat .......we found a great seconhand one named....... ARMPIT........ Never did come across the original owner to find out the reasoning behind it ...but it certainly got a few comments over the years

There's a fishing boat (?) going around the NSW South Coast that goes by the name of Master Baiter.

I don't fish, but there are plenty here who do.

In fact I don't understand why anyone would want to spend a whole day gripping their rod just to prove that they're smarter than a fish.

Mate of mine bought a boat some years ago, his wife was totally p#@@ off so to get back the good books he let her name it.

She came up with "WOFTAM" Took him a while to work it out!

I think dad was always keen to try somethink different to the convential.....football never interested him.......he would have 30 - 35 when got the boat .......after our central wheat belt lake dried we travelled far and wide for some water to ski on...... Most years spent two weeks at pal beach / rockingham skiing on the ocean.

better get out and find acheeky name in keeping with thread lol.

I can associate with pork-hunt Ron.

I've spent many enjoyable days hunting pigs in western NSW and Qld.
