Hi there we are new to the site and were wondering if anyone can give us information re warranties. We purchased a new Kokoda semi off roader last March to which we added cruise master suspension and were told it would be ideal dirt and rougher roads. However we seem to have had some rather major cracking on the outside. Kokoda are not interested as they say it is out of warranty. There is a law with consumer protection that states "reasonable expectations for purpose regardless if it out of warranty or not." Is there anybody out there who has used this Act and could point us in the right direction re numbers of the Act as we will be writing to the manufacturers to try and get something done. Sorry to start off with a gripe but I've tried searching the Consumer website and altho they tell u
And it's welcome from us two 2 jonrob
