As a relatively new "vanner" and a first timer on this forum, I was wondering if anyone might be able to direct me to where I can find a road map which lists roads unsuitable for caravans? On 2 recent trips we came across 2 roads which had signs denying caravan access which were not listed on any of our maps, including camps australia etc. We have found maps listing the big rigs (mining vehicles etc) but nothing for vans. you make a good point especially if you have to back track to get where you intended to travel I'm not shure where you will find the answer you are looking for but maybe someone on here will be able to help if you don't get much response here in the introduction page maybe you can re post your question in the general forum
