Hello Tardy

Welcome to the forum, I am sure that people who have a Sat Dish on their caravan will come forward, and tell you where theirs are situated

I was going to put a Sat Dish on my caravan, before I purchased a motorhome
I had decided to fit the swing arm on the rear bumper, for the following reasons

The three way gas fridge was on the passenger side of the caravan (same side as the door)
With the fridge side of the caravan facing south, for a bit of shade, the rear of the caravan would be facing east
The satellite is in the north east part of the sky, so unless there were trees blocking the signal, I would have been able to set the Sat Dish up, while it was still attached to the caravan

Hope this info is useful to you

I also hope that there are many happy trips ahead

Hi Tardy
I mount mine on the rear with a jockey wheel clamp and if need be I can mount on the front jockey wheel clamp.

We had ours mounted on one of two jockey wheel clamps on the rear bumper. That way we could always point it in the right direction no matter how we were parked.
