DL,
What type of Toilet, we have a name brand, cannot recall the name and the pump/impeller seized up. Removed the pump under the Toilet roll holder and used a sharp pointed screw driver like tool to turn the impeller until it freed up, then all OK. Put some washing up liquid in the tank under the TRHolder to provide some lubrication.
Ok so you take the flap handle of the controll panel beside the seat . I use a knife under it and twist the knife it will slide up and of . Then prise the lid part were the button is but do it on the edge . Don't pull to hard when it comes out as it has wires under it . Now under that panel is a kidney shaped bowl that has a cable a bit like an extension lead size ( to be exact 10 amp lead size ). Pull that bowl out and follow the lead down and you will find the pump . Pull it out you can fix it with the hose connected but I found it easier to pull the hose of . Then on the bottom of the pump there's a impeller it looks like a star sort of thing it will be stuck ( usuialy from having gunk and blue chemical in the water . It seizes from having this gunk and not using it ) you can sometimes use a match or something the same size . Don't push the impeller in as that will push it onto the housing and and make matters worse . Just try to spin it spray some wd40 or similar helps . When it's free try the button . A couple of don,ts Don't pull on the wire there only light connection don't push the button till its free
Now if you have it free and you push the button and it dosnt work there are a couple of other things to look at Still stuck Pumps buggered Now here's the one that got me for a wile . Pull out your casset and on the top right side about half way in there could be a little door bit hard to see under the door is a fuse . Why there I don't know but hey it's made me some money hahah. If that ones not blown could be another one in the fuse box Or a loose connection under the button I hope this helps
If ya want and are having troubles send me a txt and I will ring you back 0477259991

This is one I repaired recently, pic of the control cover to be removed. A picture of a replacement pump from China on ebay $12 free freight, & they look exacly the same as the original & work fine. Usualy its a jammed pump, yes it can be freed but its not going to last long.
Thanks guys great info Graeme should be able to fix and Daryle thanks you have both saved me dollars. Will give it a go and llet you know how it all turns out. With informed answers i am great full cheers.
Like ya Mum told you . Eat more greens ..lol .. I find the breathers in most cases the issue . Same with re fueling my diesel tank . Fitted twice the size . No issues . The hose between tanks should be large too ..
Id like to take this moment and thank you all for the helpful advice which was so kindly given. With all the combined information i have Fixed the pump and it is flushing well.I thank you all, you have saved me quite a few dollars so thank you again.
