I am not for or against the Hutt River Providence

And I make no political statement, but like many others I laughed when he turned his nose up at the Government, and got away with it

It has always been on my bucket list, now I will have to expedite my visit, before they send in the bailiffs

It's not a bad place to visit although they ran out of gas when we stayed last year so no hot water and I got the impression they were not overly flush with money.
Best bit I found was wandering round the back of the property where the creek runs. The Prince was planting saltbush for his cattle whilst we were there and reckoned it would give his cattle a unique flavour.

Well worth a visit and good luck to him.

I'd loved to see the ATO target multi nationals like Rio Tinto who despite mega profits hardly pay any taxes. I guess thats in their "too hard" file.
