Sorry, not sure about over in the 'wild west' but I think you will find anywhere in the playground will be busy as. Aussie Day being a Thursday I reckon a 4 day holiday is in the making.

You will have to let us all know if you are set up for free camping, or require a caravan park, and then people will give some recommendations

In both the above scenarios York comes to mind, not too far out of Perth, and a big hill to test your engine cooling system

Each time I have been there, there was always something on

Even if nothing is on, it has a motor museum, and plenty of historic buildings

Wherever you decide to go, I hope that you enjoy yourself

Thx for that I will have to look into it. I can do both free camping and caravan parks but I much prefer free camping

You can always come up here to us up near Seabird. We are about 60 kms north of Wanneroo/Joondalup.I think there is a community breakfast on, Will check out if there is anything else on. We are fairly socialable and don't bite very often!!. We like pets too. If anyone wants to come up or stop in anytime just give me a pm. Have a GN here at the moment, think he is here for a couple of weeks.

Hey, Missguided - you have the invite right there - the best hosts, plenty of room, and absolutely fantastic people. Get in touch with Sufil - they will look after you.

If anyone else wants to come for the day or longer , you will be most welcome. We can do breakfast here or go into the community one. Have a lunch etc here , whatever works for who ever is here. I am sure I can find
some lamb chops, lamingtons and pavlova!!
