I found information on this site a while ago. Zero Breeze  has anyone used this. Is service available in Australia 

does anyone know who sells in Australia.

From what is shown on their kickstart site they are simply a very small portable airconditioner powered by a battery. Lots of complaints on their site so caveat emptor.
Sorry I cannot help with actual reports.

Unless it is a toilet you are proposing to cool, then forget about it. Even a toilet would need to be insulated.

I think Zero breeze is innovative and has potential in certain cases. It's meant for small areas without power like a boat. 4.5 sq meters is advertised. The price and the rotary compressor is questionable as you can buy a portable aircon with go in it for half the price if you the power available. I will get one for my boat in March 2017 when they become available if I can find a supplies in Australia and will report back. So far it seems American based.
