How true is this???

Ok, Ok so the figures  might not be accurate!

The Australian Tax Office actually commented on this one
The importance of accuracy in your tax return

The ATO has returned the Tax Return to a man in Townsville after he apparently answered one of the questions.

In response to the question, "Do you have anyone dependent on you?"

The man wrote:  "2.1 million illegal immigrants, 1.1 million crackheads, 4.4 million unemployable scroungers, 80,000 criminals in over 85 prisons plus 450 idiots in Parliament,  and an entire group that call themselves 'Senators'

The ATO stated that the response he gave was unacceptable.

The man's response back to ATO was;

"Who did I leave out?"

Sometimes "sad" post gives some of us a smile. Life is too serious to take seriously. Neil

Well I thought it was quite amusing - and there is truth in it - the people who are paying taxes are supporting these people - where else would the government get the money from?  Nothing wrong with laughing at posts like these - and having a titter - even if you don't agree with the sentiments.  Lighten up guys!

 Well said jules. Nothing wrong with a bit of a laugh now and then.

I know it's an old one but I still got a smile out of it.

Too many people take too many things too seriously methinks.

And it is in the I Digress section.

Same old knockers, the ex Bricklayer (and unofficial Moderator)and the guy who lives in the Simpson. Do me a favour you two, don't read my posts then you will not need to comment. It was primarily posted for a laugh. I would hate to have to spend any time in your company, after a couple of hours I reckon I would be as miserable as you two. Further comments welcome anytime, post them privately if you like.
