A friend has a 2007 model of the above Caravan which has solar wiring factory installed. We have located one end (under the bed near the not so smart Smart Switch) but can find no indication where the other end may be located. Does anyone have one of these vans with roof mounted solar fitted that can advise where the wiring exits the roof.
Thanks for your reply. However, having no paperwork, unable to locate info elsewhere on net, manufacturer/dealer no longer exists I tried this as a last resort in the hope that somebody out there could provide a sensible answer.

We have a trailcraft panarama and the solar seems to come down somewhere near the right hand wardrobe. Not sure if that will help in your case. We bought outs 2nd hand a few years back but havn't used it too much yet.
Found it!!!! It was in the ceiling behind the light above the sink. Had to enlarge the cable hole in the ceiling to access it (used a 50mm holesaw). This will allow fitting of a 16mm cable gland through the roof for the solar cable to pass through providing a watertight seal. Once the light is reattached the 50mm ceiling hole, cable gland, etc will be hidden behind it. Many thanks to those that tried to help. Hopefully this information will help someone else. Sandra.
