Hi everyone, well I decided to spend some extra cash and bought a new 12/24/240 v new fridge, against a household one, I had a fair bit of negative feed back on putting one in a motorhome.
Now I am asking what is the best way to secure the top to a wall without screwing a plate from the back of the fridge to stop it from toppling over, I will put a timber surround around the base, I was informed that by screwing into the walls of the fridge you will interrupt the inner workings, maybe that's one of the reasons why the last one stopped as it was screwed to the floor.
In most fridges theres pipe work run around the cabinet where the door seal closes up against. Its run from the condencer to stop sweating around door seals. So drilling holes in the sides of fridges is risky, some the sides are the condencer. If you happen to puncture a pipe then is all over. My fridge I just bolted it to the floor.

Glue a large bit of aluminium angle to the top with sikaflex or Soudal Trex. Then bolt that to your wall. Job done.
Or bolt first and glue second, whatever floats your boat.

You could also use Industrial Strength double sided foam tape. I carry a roll of it all the time, handy for all sorts of things. A small 3 centimeter square piece holds 5 Kg.
