I'm going to post some questions - involving weight - the first two are not as long-winded as the others.

Does a Suburban HWS have to be full of water when travelling, particularly on dirt roads? Could damage occur to the element & anode if they are not "supported" by the water? It holds 20L(+?) of water - equal to 20Kg.

No they should not be damaged by travelling when empty .

But You need be very certain it is not heated up until FILLED to the required level.
