Moral: Always take your money BEFORE you pick up anything you've been told you dropped....such a smooth operation by 2 thieves with perfect timing...

Apparently the victim did not realize his cash had already been dispensed and taken by the thief's accomplice. and was still waiting.....and waiting...Hoo Roo

The problem with videos like this on YouTube is that it gives other low life's ideas.
99.9% of people would react just like the ATM customer did in the video...I know I would as it's just a natural reaction.
