07 Ford Transit LWB High Roof motor home with the lot, ideally suited for 1 or 2 people but can sleep 4, I built this 3and a half years ago (pics of build on here) and I have just re-covered 90% of surfaces over the past couple of months as I wasn't happy with what I had used, I lived in it for a year and only traveled a few thousand Km in it staying mostly in caravan parks and friends places but it's really set up for free camping, I haven't slept in it for over 2yrs and only use it as a runaround since.
So to the vehicle, previous to my ownership it was a Telstra optical fibre vehicle172,xxxKm and apparently had the same driver from when it was first put on the road in May 07, log book serviced from new at the same Ford dealership, 6 speed manual, 2.4 turbo diesel, ECB roo bar, rear step with motorbike rack, comes with a registered 98 Yamaha Zuma hd 50cc scooter and 2 helmets, only done 14,xxxKm since new and ultra reliable, absolutely fantastic to park, set up then just go adventuring on the scooter.
Never been in an accident and rust free, 2.4m X 3m Faimma awning and Fiamma air vent on the roof, on the roof there are 3 X 110w solar panels and a portable 180w panel also giving 510w of solar power powering 4 X 130ah batteries (520ah) plus the two 70ah starter and house batteries in the front, 2000/4000w 240v inverter, 250L 2 door fridge plus 170L bar fridge which comes with the van which uses half the power so you can chose which one to take as the smaller one uses less power, 250L fridge averages 40 - 50w per hr, smaller one about half, there are 13 X 240v power outputs and 12 v throughout the van powering the water pump, reverse camera and lights above the lounge/double bed.
The lounge folds out to become a double bed and can be reversed so you can look when parked, bed can be extended to suit any height person, internal walking height is about 5'10-11, Uniden 180ch? two way, huge mast for TV which has built in DVD and swings so it can be watched from inside or out, your passenger can also use the reverse camera screen in the front to watch movies on the go. Double bed/lounge is made of memory foam and a pretty much indestructible aqua cloth, it cost me $900 for just the cushions.
Inside there is a remote control reverse cycle aircon, a large kitchen work bench with ss sink and ss 2 burner cook top plus microwave, huge amount of storage in overhead cabin space and under bed plus 8 lockable ground level cupboards (one is well over 2m long for fishing rod, pole or rifle) and 3 overhead, there is a captains chair (swivel seat passenger side) in front, height adjustable dining table, lounge will seat 4 easily and is fitted with 2 lap seat belts (fitted correctly but not police passed) so legally only a 2 seater. a portable 2 burner gas stove with 5kg bottle and 9kg house bottle which can be used on the fold out stainless table on the back verandah (extend scooter carrier out) or it can be lifted off and slotted into two fittings under the awning for outdoor cooking.
Absolutely NO chipboard was used making the interior, everything is 18mm construction ply apart from some thinner ply cupboard doors or steel, the kitchen bench is all steel and covered on top with marine ply then stainless then planking and floor is covered by marine ply then brand new vinyl.
80L water tank with 4 or 5 brand new collapsible 20L water bags which can also connect to the gas hot water system (maybe used for an hour all up) I just use a bucket for grey water from the sink as every litre of water is an extra kg of weight you are carrying, there is a portable bag style toilet and a brand new instant fold out shower/bathroom which can be placed wherever you want and take the HWS and gas bottle + a small battery to run the pump or just use a light 12v cord from the van.
The van is fully insulated and lined with 1 rear and 1 side window so it doesn't become an oven in the heat, actually takes most of the day to heat up if you keep the reflective canvas curtains and full cover silver canvas front windows cover on, the internal curtains are held on with magnets for ease of removal, you can enter from rear, side or front doors.
Also comes with a maybe 2hrs use 2 kva quiet generator for those cloudy days or extra hot ones where you want to run the aircon or give the batteries a boost from the 20ah battery charger, a card table for use outside, a couple of fold up chairs obviously the very quickly removed (2sec) extendable scooter carrier and ramp.
Probably a heap of other things I've forgotten but this should give you a pretty good idea of what you get for your money.
Rego is due but I'll put 3 months on it, $45,000 or vco for both vehicles, located in Warnbro south of Perth, I can meet you at the local train station.

Email for pics, though I did post quite a few on here around Jan 2014, it's ready to go at any time and you could make pretty good money out of it by renting it out when you are not using it, I've decided to go in a different direction and I'm restoring a couple of old Valiants.
