I've recently by accident come upon a website which carries stories about most things that go on around us in our neighbourhood. It's based in Sydney but the stories can apply to just about anywhere in Australia. You won't find politics or sport, not directly at least and only then as part of the fabric of life.  The articles are all well written, entertaining and can make you think, and maybe remember. No obtrusive adverts either....they're mostly tucked away in the corner.
