G'day Abefox59 and welcome to the forum.  Don't forget to try the two ongoing games here - 'Who is This' in the 'I Digress' section and 'Pick this Place' in the 'General' Section - a great source to find new places to visit.  Usual info is to watch AND check weights of Tug and Van.

Welcome to the gang Mark, enjoy here and out in the playground.

I noticed the area in your profile you live. I lived in Hastings many moons back for many moons. I noticed the last time in the area it has all grown so much. I lot of water has gone under the bridge since those days and I tell you that for free.

Keep Safe on the roads and out there.

A warm welcome from me also Abefox59

The only info I can give about travelling with dogs is

Dogs are not allowed in the national parks
Some caravan parks, do not allow dogs

In the free camps
Most of us appreciate if the dog is kept on their leads, and that you pick up their droppings

I have come across many people travelling with dogs, and other animals, so there is obviously no drama involved

I hope that there are many happy road trips, ahead of you, and your furry friends

G'day Abefox,
Welcome to a very helpful & informative forum - I concur with the writings of the other members above.

One very useful tool is the "Search" button - there are oodles of questions with exceptional answers available but if you can't find what you're looking for, just drop a few lines to the appropriate chapter & someone will come up with the answer.

Happy travelling,
Warren
