theres two wires not connected to the battery in the van jist laying on the floor from new ,one is a battery temp thing the other is similar there both very lightweight terminals they both disappear into a box at the back of the van ,the vans a nova metrolink maybe some one might have one here?
Maybe the van is prewired for Solar - you will need to have Nova Identify - If they are like all the other Manufacturers they wont be able to supply a wiring diagram because their Wiring Harness is Imported complete to suit their range of vans.

If you purchased the van second hand from a dealer then I suggest you make enquiries and contact the previous owner for your answers. Heed Heetho's advice also.
Thanks for your replies everyone,I bought the van new ,contacting the dealers is a lot of unaswered phone calls ,being fobbed off more trouble than it's worth believe me,one wire was a battery heat sensor stuck on the battery with insulation tape that's in the book, the other is unknown ,an auto electric is probably the answer but everything works well in the van,and the trouble and expense getting the thing to a workshop would be a pain in the butt. The only solution is to try and trace the wire or speak to another with the same van...

They are probably fobbing you off because they don't wish to let you know that they don't know. Bypass them and go to the builder. If you don't know exactly who the builder is their name should be on the compliance plate.

Two decent size wires and two smaller ones. One of which is labelled "Heat Sensor" or similar.
I would put money on it being the pre-wired solar panel wiring.
Assuming you don't have panels already on the roof that is.
It's unfortunate that they were not labelled but on the other hand they will save you a fair bit of money if you intend adding solar panels as most of the hard work is done.
If you are able you could put a multi meter across them or have a confident mate do it for you just to check if alive or not and tape them up.
I looked into where those wires run today, the silver one is connected to the battery charger terminal labeled battery temperature, the gold one is a stand alone cable running from the 12v to 12v charger, I think I will call the supplier projector and see what they have to say there both 25amp units there might be others here with projector gear ,That might have an answer for me thanks for your replies...

There both dealer and manufacturer Peter tarred withe same brush ,I would rather and have done so fixed the few things up at my own expense, Iam an ex tradie so there's not much I can't do,dealing with people that supply these things from my point of view is a nightmare...
one example the pressure releife valves kept blowing on the water heater after haveing two replaced they came up with the idea of supplying a larger Capacity valve, worked well until it blew all the water heater connections,so I decided to have a look at the pressure reducing valve it was gummed up with silastic under the seat,so that was the problem there set to 350 kpa on vans some areas can have up too 900 kpa ,so I will do my own work from now on can you blame me..
Well just in case someone else comes across these types of wires that are connected to nothing, the reason there connected to nothing is they do nothin, there battery temperature sensors that can be connected to the negative battery terminals, you can connect them if you like but there not nesasearey..
