 The outcome is the new set up with the Victron reg near the battery not on the panel itself as explained in several posts on this forum works like a charm runs the battery up very quickly,the flashing lights that come occasionally dont seem to mean anything apparen its just a simple devise with two lights doing its own thing,as explained in an earlier post by a member ....
