I first removed one side only (at the top only) of the Pop Top Vinyl skirt leaving the other side in tact In preparation for a new skirt. When I pulled the top down one of the side scissors bent outwards and would not allow the top to shut. Now my question is, did this side Scissor buckle badly outward because it was the only side with the Skirt fully attached or was the Scissor faulty in the first place. I ask this because I am going to get a new skirt fitted so should I put a new Scissor on or leave it and get the person fitting the new Skirt to do it, sorry for the long story.
