Is this the TV Connection for the Wineguard antenna? Does look like its ever been used.

Yep that's the one. The LED should be on when the amplifier is powered up.

I have no idea what the toggle switch is for. Looks a bit foreign to me for a winegard plate.

Would the toggle switch be to switch amplifier to another Jack? - If there is a location to mount TV ie outside.

Gday,

Might it be to turn the 12v power off so you dont have to remove the tv 12v plug to get rid of the annoying, at night, coloured LED on the 12v plug and tv stand by?
