I just returned from the Cranbourne RSL dawn service which had quite a large gathering. The Cranbourne Lions Club, of which I am a part, do the BBQ every year which is our largest one. Later we will be attending the 10:45 service in Cranbourne to lay a wreath at the cenotaph.
They shall grow not old as we who are left grow old
I agree with you Iza, I held back yesterday as it is a day of Remembrance Sacrifice and Honouring our departed. It was not considered well by the poster.
I went along to the Anzac Day Dawn Service, a very special day of rememberance. Although their was great sadness, it was and will also be seen as a happy time in celebration of their sacrifice and loyalty to their Nation. Lest We Forget.....Kisha

Although their was great sadness, it was also a time to appreciate their sacrifice and loyalty to their Nation. Lest We Forget.....Kisha It was not my intention to upset anyone by the previous post, if I have, then please accept my sincere apology....Kisha
