Fiat Ducato Motorhome Entrance Door Problem

Hi,

I have a 2014 Avan Ovation M7 Motorhome on a Fiat Ducato base.

I have a problem with the entrance door, as the spring on the top catch appears to have broken.

Does anyone know how easy it is to remove the door trim/panel so that I can get access to the mechanism to see if the spring or broken has fallen inside.

I attach a photo showing the catch in the out position, and its easy enough to manually push it back and close the door, but it should spring back on its own.

Hope someone can help.

Colin

Sorry to trouble you guys, but I had a great reply from a member explaining how I could remove the door trim/panel so that I can get access to the mechanism to see if the spring or broken has fallen inside. However I lost the reply !!!! Since then I got an RV guy in Burpengary Qld to take the panel off and order me the part [a complete internal lock], which I now have in Alstoneville/Ballin NSW. So now I need to remove the panel so I can fix it myself as the local RV guy here is telling me that he hasn't done this before. I hope someone can help, or even resend the way to do it .... thanks everyone..
