8 months working in the Gulf got me this nice new tug - it's unbelievable how much easier it makes towing our 2.8T loaded van after my previous Pajero Sport. It cruised on 100ks all day on the freeway (Newcastle to Coffs Harbour and back) and used between 15ltrs and 16ltrs/100kms. I could have gone quicker but at that speed it seems to be fairly economical and unlike the Sport it wasn't working that hard to do it especially on those long climbs over the ranges.
