Not sure if these are identical or would fit yours.....Same type though.No dimensions to go on.

My connectors are not the IP67 / 68 as noted. Close but not it. IP67 / 68 seems to be a waterproof rating. Decided I'll change to the SAE connector (as many battery chargers use and also my power pack uses). However installing SAE connectors has its risks as the +VE & -VE change over sides on a connection, unlike Anderson plugs or male/female connectors.

You are correct about the IP 67/68 being a waterproof rating. It is commonly used for electrical and other gear. There are lots of IP ratings. So that is not the model number. I thought the pins looked smaller than yours, on those ebay items ??

My suggestion is to pick a style that suits you and carefully put them together and double check with a meter hmm Not many plugs are as simple as dual Anderson plugs for polarity. Just for your information there are smaller, lower rated anderson plugs. And bigger. biggrin

IP (or "Ingress Protection") ratings are defined in international standard EN 60529 (British BS EN 60529:1992, European IEC 60509:1989). They are used to define levels of sealing effectiveness of electrical enclosures against intrusion from foreign bodies (tools, dirt etc) and moisture.

Just a friendly reminder that changing the connectors will probably void your warranty. That wouldn't stop me from changing them to something better but....

Charger is way past warranty. Will change to SAE but I have to check on the polarity. I have several devices with SAE that I will have to lay out and check.

Most battery chargers that have a plug in the leads use their own proprietary plugs, deliberately.

Best to just cut them off and replace with one of the range of various sizes of Anderson plugs from 15amp to 175amp.
