We can have a bomb attack, an attack with guns, arrows, spears or clubs. This we would treat as a declaration of war. What about a laser attack or ---- a cyber attack, just because the means of delivery has changed, does that change its purpose?
I ask if this continues, at what stage are we going to say enough is enough?
I think the problem Iana is proving who is actually responsible for such an attack, and then what is the appropriate response, and what the repercussions may be. Landy
