That's a weed spraying machine. The arm allows them to spay the edges while driving along slowly. Met one on my travels last week. It was accompanied by a pilot advising traffic. The arm folds in when it comes across a guide post.

The strip of dead grass along the side of the road kinda confirms that. I was wondering so Ta for that. A couple of extra questions, if I may. Why does the weed sprayer have wheels and is pulled along the roadside while on a box trailer??? I am also not sure that the Hoppers are capable of holding liquid.

Are we to understand that Kebbin's comment is an "attack" delivered "nastily"??
Perhaps I should pass Kebbin's comments through a translator because in the English I speak it don't seem like a 'nasty attack' to me.
