So ant clues as to how do I retrieve this post.???

A vehicle with a towbar, a length of timber and a chain.

Wrap chain around the post and pass over the top of another length of timber and attach around tow ball, drive forward very slowly with a mate holding the post and it will emerge.

LOL

I know, not that kind of post.
