Or, here's a thought. Since the two ladies involved are harming nobody, maybe we can all just pass onto the next topic and leave them be.

Hear, Hear Grandad5.

BTW chatting and caring between members was what made GN so good in the first place. I am still in contact and travel with quite a few of the original members. Sad this does not happen in the current membership. Miss you Sheba and Glassies.

Hi John,

As a solo traveler, I can't believe the responses people have posted here regarding your inquiry. We are supposed to all be in this together and help each other. Solution below.

I am just doing my research with a view to becoming a full time nomad in around 18 months time.
At the momment, i am single, and i will spending arout $200k on a new Motorhome, or Caravan and prime mover.

It seems a few are living within the scope of just an aged pension? i guess it all depends on how much that is?
I am doing this by choise. I rent a place in Sydney at $280 a week, over the next ten years thats over $145k.
I would love to hit the road and wake up to new sunrises every few days, than spend my retirement in the same Granny flat for the next 10 yrs.

Solo, or with a partner, the initial costs are the same. I cant wait to start the journey.
