Turbo-charger error code P2563

Hi everyone, Newbie here, Sorry if this has been posted on before, but does anyone have any idea??  Fiat Ducato 2012 3 litre with 43,000kms has P2563 "Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance" error code. Have replaced the actuator on turbo but error returns after erasing code with code reader. Drives ok on flat going but dies on hills. Thanks.

That sounds like limp mode, so I would get your turbo Solenoid checked. It happened to me on my Pathfinder, and the solenoid was stuffed, had to replace it, it cost $220 3 years ago, don't know how much yours would cost.
