Kebbin the original post was in reference to a video by Gary Ablett Sen that basically reflected his religious beliefs. The post by Tony Lee was that, because of his beliefs, he was a nutcase. I fail to see what he did in his past has on this present thread. As an Atheist I carry no torch for any religion. I do support everyones right to an opinion, but calling someone a nutcase adds nothing to the discussion and only reflects badly on the person who made it.
BTW I suspect that the original post was more than a bit mischievous.

Hey phil, if GA senior is going to put something like that on social media for "ALL" to see he has got to expect(and I expect GA did) comments like Tony Lee's. And by the way I do not see where Tony mentioned religion at all, he may well have been refering to GA views on the Corona virus. regards Ian
Phil, GA "rave" was about 2 things(in my opinion), religion and the corona virus, well thats what I thought. The usuall conspiracists theory.(nutters)
So, yes I do believe what I have posted to be correct.
I stand by my other comment as well.
regards
Ian
Did anyone bother to check what Gary said.Or are you all oblivious to what is going on around you.
I gave him 3 minutes of my time, and that was more than I normally give to anyone who uses the phrase "but the Bible says ...". As for what is really going on, I suspect that the only ones who really know are the Bildeberg Group, not the "Illuminati".

You are right there, the Bilderberg Group need to give its approval to what happens in the future. This years meeting has been cancelled.
Interesting last year Jared Kushner,President Trump's son in law attended, and low and behold we have the Abraham Accord signed just this month. It is all slowly happening.
Once a celebrity leaves the arena, they become a normal person. Even when in that arena, their views are only important to elements of that arena. The Ablett speaking now is a loon and his dangerous views should be downplayed lest fans of his past endeavours and achievements stop thinking for themselves. Sports star, talented musicians, media personalities even ex-pollies need to provide some other credentials before they enter the debate on topics unrelated to their past. Relying on their fame (or infamy) is just treating the rest of us like mugs.
Sorry Stretch but spouting unfounded claptrap is dangerous and the act of a loon. I don't think I said he wasn't entitled to an opinion but I did say he shouldn't be blindly followed because of his past achievements. Fans of GA Snr should remember, when it comes to Covid-19 his ideas are meaningless unless he has qualifications in epidemiology.
GA Snr could easily share his opinions anonymously in places just like this, over a beer in the pub with mates or at a family picnic. Millions of nobodies regularly do this harmless activity. Instead he banked on his celebrity status to have an unqualified spruik and influence others. There's probably a few nobodies that publically said much the same thing but we'll never know and it's doubtful anyone is influenced. And *that* is the real issue. As for my qualifications (which are in science and engineering), they're not particularly relevant here because I'm not inflaming a controversy around Covid-19 and trying to influence my many fans. I have discovered it's controversial to criticize a Victorian hero.
Watch this clip of Christopher Hitchins, then have a serious ponder on the content, may well be life changing.
Hey Santa,
l've seen many of christophers videos and he is entitled to his opinion just like any other person who chooses to put themselves out there for ridicule.

A man I admired greatly, sadly he died in 2011.
Some of his critics were shallow/insensitive enough to suggest his death (cancer) was retribution for his intelligent and logical stance on all things religious.
