I have an annex complete for a 16.5 ft pop top, heavy duty canvas, used only twice. Was fitted to a 1991 Roadstar.
As we have fitted a roll out awning we no longer need it.
It fits into sail tracks 2130 high on the van from the ground. Does not fit to roof, just to top edge of side wall.
The end walls fit sail tracks that are 4100 apart. It has Poles, pegs and ropes as well as skirt for van. no sail tracks.
Price for Annex is $400 ono.
The latch is the rare MTM door lock that works perfectly and has 2 keys. $60
I can also give advice on how to fit a new 3 point door to an old caravan.
