It clicks then sounds like breaker turns it off . Ive undone the 17mm bolts . Reset unit by pulling 10amp fuse .  Still not working .  Looks like a trip to Oyster or sat specialist ?? Ahhh

Did you follow the installation instructions, including cabling and power supply requirements? Appears the drive motor requires a substantial amperage to operate.
