Anyone have ideas on how to stop male dogs pis!ing on your wheels??(other than shoot the dogs)
On lots of gear I cant use hub caps (mowers/slashers/bull catcher/tractors etc.
Maybe "something" that you can spray on ........cheers Bilbo
Hi Doug....a quick Google search reveals a product named "Stanvet piss-stop",among others. However, there are likely to be remedies using more common products,so I'm sure someone will be able to help.Good luck! Cheers
Are there any other telephone exchange staff amongst us? This solution is heavy, involves a couple of runs of bare wires & an old xge ringer machine. One zap, they don't come back!
No, ringer current is not fatal, just an unexpected "bite" in a sensitive wet spot.

Yes Gravy, probably lighter to carry. The voltage out of the ringer machine was lower - 50v, 33hz
A friend used a ringer machine to keep stray animals out of his yard! Without telling tales ringer current was used for other things too (practical jokes - before OH&S rules stopped them).

If your going to take that option, why not connect up a battery fence energiser?
Saw a visiting non farm dog **** his leg on an electric fence once. He went and sat in the back of the car and no amount of encouragement would get him out. I swear the actual farm dog nearly died laughing...
