There are plenty of videos on the internet "signals for backing trucks", both parties could learn these on their honeymoon & by the end a large load will easily be guided into a tight space!

When I first got a home loan I had to bend over. When I last went to the bank they bent over..... 'Do you need any extra money for a holiday?'

No, I only need what I asked for.

Bank, are you sure?

As I said I need X amount & we are not going on holidays!

I was buying another property & the bank wanted to lend more money for world trip, bathroom & kitchen renovation, & new car. I said I am only borrowing money for a property!
