I for one will be glad to see the back of him. But he won't be going away any time yet. The media will still be chasing him (or vice versa). To be fair to him, he did create jobs for America. He stuffed everyone else in the world up, and probably countless times nearly caused WW3 to start, but he at least did something without kowtowing to the unions. He has his own backroom agendas for all his mates (don't they all have these?) but in the end, the Virus and his own ego got the better of him.

Having said all this, Joe Biden is going to have one hell of a time trying to straighten things out in the US and get everything back into operational mode. America is very much like Oz, except that where we have rich, middle class and poor people, the US has RICH (very very rich), middle class and POOR (very poor) people. Biden is going to have to try to somehow feed and house the poor peoples and raise their living standards, while at the same time placating the big boys in the back rooms. All this while still trying to eradicate the virus. Not a job I would like to have. Somehow, I don't see Biden doing any better for the people than Trump. Hopefully he may be a littler more humble that Trump though. Meanwhile, my Superannuation funds have taken a huge thump over recent years, so hopefully things may straighten themselves out a bit from here on.

Good riddance to the " l wus wobbed/ every govt agency is corrupt" according to the poor loser.

Hasn't stopped whinging about being a one term president who lost to Sleepy Joe.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the US covid death toll rockets closer and closer to 400K by kick out day.

While " Nero " fiddles and plays golf.

Lot of political experts on these forums. Trump was "different". One day someone without bias with write his achievements and stuff ups. I lived in the USA for approx 8 years and I can tell you it's not the country you see from Hollywood or the media.

The only way they can improve the system is to have compulsory voting for everyone there.
This is my understanding - more people voted this time because of the disaster the last leader was - these extras are the ones he couldn't comprehend therefore his hang up of "extra fake votes"!

I thank God that we live in the best country in the world - my forebears made the correct decision a couple of generations ago.
