Mr Biden's plan was aimed at kicking off his time in office with a large bill to quickly set into motion his short-term agenda: helping the economy and getting a handle on a virus that has killed more than 385,000 people in the US as of Thursday. It also provided a sharp contrast with Mr Trump, who spent the last months of his administration seeking to undermine Mr Biden's election victory rather than focusing on additional coronavirus relief.
Tony Bev the feds in the USA are no different to here. They can talk but it's the state's and counties that do the doing. Let's wait and see. But my bet is that very little will change. Sadly. We have close friends in various parts of the USA. Both Democrat and Republican areas. But it's all run on a local basis. Each county has it's own rules about who and when vaccinations are given. Add to that an attitude by many that's not helpful.
Let's give it a month or two before jumping to conclusions. God knows they need some good luck.
