1. Phase 1a
   Quarantine and border workers
   Frontline healthcare workers and sub groups for prioritisation
   Aged care and disability care staff, as well as aged care and disability residents
2. Phase 1b
   Elderly adults,80 and over
   Elderly adults 70 to 79
   Other healthcare workers
   Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people,  55 and over
   Younger adults with an underlying medical condition, including those with a disability
   Critical and high risk workers including defence, police, fire, emergency services and meat processing
3. Phase 2a
   Adults aged 60-69 years
   Adults aged 50-59 years
   Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people 18-54
   Other critical and high risk workers
4. Phase 2b
   Balance of adult population
   Catch up any unvaccinated Australians from previous phases
5. Phase 3
   Under 18 years, if recommended
