Possum: That woman is a wimp of the first order and, in future, should stay in a hotel ideally one with someone who will tuck her up in bed at night in case she finds that too difficult.

Yes, exactly right from the point of view of most normal people. No, not from my point of view as a very experienced RV er, but from someone who has never set foot in any sort of RV in their life See the US $60 camping fee mentioned. That is 80 dollars Australian. Highest I've seen in the USA is $110 a night and some of the resorts go higher.

That is one reason to hire before you buy, as some people have purchased very expensive rigs, then found out, they do not like travelling

I try to look on the bright side, the lady has saved herself a lot of money, as she will obviously not be buying a rig to travel
