Scary! I hope they don't find their way into the Australian market.

Reminds me of the photos that were doing the rounds late last year. A supposed Lithium battery that consisted of a tiny 12V battery plus some foam padding and a few floor tile cut-offs to make it feel heavier!

If you buy a cheap lithium battery online you deserve what you get. Stick with businesses that provide good service and correct information.

 Absolutely! How often do we read stories from people crowing about how they bought something for 30% of the price of a "similar" product,and telling anyone who will listen how clever they are? BUT,6 months down the line when said "similar" product is exposed as a POS,it is then the fault of someone,anyone,except the "clever" purchaser.In life,one of the first lessons you learn is that you get exactly what you pay for. Sad,inconvenient,truth. Cheers
